Department Overview
The Planning & Zoning Department is responsible for long-range planning, zoning administration, subdivision review, and development review for the City of Happytown.
Our department administers the Happytown Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 27 of the Municipal Code), reviews development applications, and provides staff support to the Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board.
