About Parks & Recreation
The Parks & Recreation Department maintains 14 municipal parks, the community pool, the senior center, and coordinates seasonal recreation programs for residents of all ages.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in Happytown by providing safe, well-maintained parks and diverse recreational opportunities for all residents.

Pavilion Reservations
Park pavilions are available for rental by residents and community groups. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rental Fees:
- Residents: $50/half day (4 hours) or $85/full day (8 hours)
- Non-Residents: $75/half day (4 hours) or $125/full day (8 hours)
- Refundable security deposit: $100
To reserve a pavilion, complete the Pavilion Reservation Form and submit it to the Parks & Recreation office with payment at least two weeks in advance.

Community Pool
The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Season passes and daily admission available at the pool entrance.
Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM (weather permitting)
