About the Mayor's Office
The Mayor serves as the chief executive officer of the City of Happytown and is responsible for the administration of all City affairs pursuant to the Happytown Home Rule Charter of 1952, as amended.
Mayor Theodore "Ted" Williamson III was elected in November 2019 and is currently serving his second term. The Mayor's Office coordinates policy initiatives, intergovernmental relations, and community outreach programs.
