The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for ensuring compliance with the City's property maintenance code, zoning ordinance, and other applicable regulations. Our goal is to maintain the quality of life in Happytown neighborhoods and protect property values.

Code Enforcement Officers conduct inspections in response to complaints and perform proactive neighborhood sweeps to identify violations. We work with property owners to achieve voluntary compliance whenever possible.
